Our Communities

Our Communities are located in Ireland, Australia and Uganda. All of our students are Ugandan. We have 15 at present.


We have three communities in Ireland. The Motherhouse of the Province is St Camillus, Killucan, Co. Westmeath. There are two communities in Dublin. There is a community in Booterstown. The address is St Camillus, South Hill Ave, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The northside community is based near the Mater Hospital and O'Connell St. The address is St  Camillus, 11 St Vincent St North, Dublin 7. (The Provincial resides at this address)

The Camillians work as chaplains at the Mater Misericordiae Hospital Dublin, Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown, St Luke's Hospital Rathgar and Beaumont Hospital Dublin.

We also run the St Camillus Nursing Centre at Killucan Co. Westmeath.


The Camillian community in England is now closed. It was located in Hackney, in the East End of London. The Camillians were present here from 1983 to 2012.

HEXHAM The Camillians were present in Hexham for over 50 years until the 90s.

The Camillians in Australia belonging to the Anglo-Irish Province are located in Wentworthville, Sydney. The address is, St Camillus, 8 Perry St Wentworthville, Sydney NSW.

The other Camillians in Sydney are members of the Phillipine Province.
